Position Overview

• This role supports Hurricane Capital’s internal technology platform, which powers:
  • Portfolio transparency
  • Treasury and margin optimization
  • SMA and commingled fund reporting
  • Real-time operational visibility
• Developers work directly with operations, IR, and senior leadership to build tools that materially impact the firm’s efficiency and scalability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and build internal web applications and dashboards
• Integrate data from:
  • OMS / EMS
  • Administrators
  • Prime brokers
  • Custodians
• Build scalable APIs and backend services
• Own features end-to-end from concept through deployment
• Improve automation and data integrity across the platform

Qualifications

• 2–8 years of full-stack development experience
• Experience in financial services or data-heavy environments preferred
• Comfortable operating in a fast-moving, high-ownership environment

Compensation

$50,000 – $200,000 – Dependent on experience and qualifications
