Position Overview

This role supports RIA operations and compliance workflows across Hurricane Advisor Solutions. It is critical to ensuring regulatory accuracy, account setup, and ongoing operational support for Financial Advisors and RIAs. This is an in-office role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support FA/RIA account onboarding and maintenance
• Coordinate with custodians and service providers
• Maintain compliance documentation and workflows
• Support reporting, billing, and operational processes
• Assist with regulatory audits and filings as needed

Qualifications

• 2–6 years experience in:
  • RIA operations
  • Wealth management operations
  • Custodian or advisory platforms
• Highly organized and process-driven

Compensation

$50,000 – $200,000 – Dependent on experience and qualifications
