Position Overview

This role supports day-to-day hedge fund operations across Hurricane Capital’s multi-manager platform, working closely with portfolio managers, prime brokers, administrators, and internal teams.
This is a core execution role responsible for ensuring operational precision, risk control, and scalability. This is a NYC based in-office role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Daily trade support and lifecycle management
• Coordinate with:
  • Prime brokers
  • Fund administrators
  • Custodians and counterparties
• Support:
  • Trade reconciliations
  • Cash monitoring
  • Corporate actions
• Assist with onboarding new strategies and SMAs
• Maintain operational documentation and controls
• Partner with technology and reporting teams on process automation

Qualifications

• 0–7 years of hedge fund or asset management operations experience
• Familiarity with:
  • Prime brokerage workflows
  • OMS / EMS platforms (Eze, Bloomberg, etc.)
  • Multi-prime environments
• Highly detail-oriented with strong execution discipline

Compensation

$50,000 – $200,000 – Dependent on experience and qualifications
