Portfolio Services: Director of Operations

Prior to joining Hurricane Capital Advisors, Jean was a Senior Operations person and performed in all aspects of Trade Operations at Eastbay Capital. Those duties wide in scope include but not limited to system implementation and update, as trade execution as needed.  Jean was a consultant at Fortress Investment Group’s (Liquid Markets Group) for 3years prior to his tenure with Eastbay also working in the capacity of all aspects of trade operations/settlements. Leading up to this role as consultant, Jean began his career on the retail side at Salmon Smith Barney now Morgan Stanley for 4 years, followed by 4 years at GE Asset Management on the Fixed Income Trade Operations team. Jean was employed with several Hedge Funds with one prior to his counsultantancy being Diamondback Capital Management as a Senior Operations Analyst for 3 years.

Jean graduated from The Ancell School of Western Connecticut State University in 1998 with a B.B.A in Finance.
